Forgotten your password?

Simply provide your email address that you registered under;

  • your user name and password
  • will be sent to your email address.

    For security reasons, if your email address is not found, you will not be notified.
    Check your mailbox for delivery.
    NOTE: Spam filters may prevent certain e-mails getting through. The email will be sent from
    THETELLY.NET <mailroom@thetelly.net> - ensure you allow it through!

      I just registered on this web site and the password is not working.

      In all likelihood, you have created a DUPLICATE account.
    Duplicate accounts are automatically deleted by the system. Use your original account. If you cannot remember the password to it, have it resent to your email address.

      I JUST registered on this Web site and it doesn't seem to be sending me my password.

      The email containing your initial password (you may be able to change it), is sent immediately to this web site's "mail server". But "immediately" may take a moment or two to filter through the Internet, get past spam blockers, etc.

    Have you checked your spam folder?

    Have you let our return email address through? Our return address is shown in the registration panel and is usually in the form mailroom@sitename.com .

    If, after a few minutes, you are certain you have not received it, and you typed your email address in correctly, then, at the top of the Sign In Help screen, have it sent to you again.

    If after ten minutes you still have not seen it, then either:

    - you may have typed it in wrong initially; try signing in to the Web site using your username instead and correct your email address in your profile or;
    - you are using AOL and one of their notorious (SMTP) mail servers are down (nothing we can do);
    - the (SMTP) mail server you (or your company) uses may be temporarily down or may have flagged your email with a false positive for a virus;
    - our mail server is down. This is exceptionally rare (once a year?) and if it IS down pagers go off "everywhere" and the outage lasts no more than an hour. If this is the case a database collects these failures and sends them on later;

    If all the above fail, and you are absolutely sure the problem is on this end, email us using a Problem Report Card at the bottom of this screen.

      I registered and signed in yet the web site still does not allow me to view some content.

      The content you are able to view depends on what content the publisher of the given web site wants you to see.

    If you feel content is being restricted due to a technical problem as opposed to a "political" or policy reason, contact them at the bottom of the restricted page using the Problem Link or in the Contact Us page.

      I changed jobs recently, and no longer have access to that email address. I used that address on your Web site. Nor can I remember my user name. How can I access this site?

      As we always send you your password to a current or archived email address, this will require manual intervention.

    Please check with this site owner's Contact Us page for more information. They can, at their discretion, change your email address manually. Go to their contact us page for more information.

      I changed my email address since the last time I signed on.

      Since April 2005, we have kept records of your previous email address in an archive. So, if you have changed your email address, and still want to sign in, use your old one and we can send your password to that old address. We do ask you to keep your email address up to date!

      I cannot remember my password.

      All you NEED to remember to use the portal is your email address.

    If you are already in the Sign In help screen, provide your email address in above and your password will be sent to you.

    If you changed your email address AND notified you, we STILL keep your previous ones on file. In this case, use it, and your password can still be sent.

      How do I know if I am correctly signed in?

      To see your access level, roll your mouse over your name (after the word Welcome on all screens.)

    Between the brackets (), after your name, your access level is provided.
